LEAP – Characters
As part of our new LEAP project, Mr Barnes has shared some friendly new LEAP characters for the children to get to know. In order to help our children understand our LEAP aims, each aspect has now got a different character. In our assembly on Tuesday, the children were introduced to the new character in lots of fun different ways.

Lizzy the Learning Lizard – We leap forward like Lizzie the Lizard, by coming to school and trying new things everyday.
Eager Beaver – We show we are engaged in our learning like an Eager Beaver, by using our magnet eyes and listening to our teachers.
Aspiring Mountain – We aspire to climb every mountain in front of us and be the best that we can be.
Perran the Lion – Like Perran the Lion, we take pride in everything we do and are proud to be a part of Team Perranporth.
We’re looking forward to using the help of our LEAP characters to support us all in achieving and doing our best at Perranporth School.
